Core Service Team

The core service workers will offer you:

A triage (initial assessment) and comprehensive assessment to identify what your immediate needs are and what services you feel will help.

We aim to see you within two working days, sometimes you may be able to be seen immediately.

Ongoing one to one support to help you achieve your goal.

The team also provide:

• Advice and information
• Telephone support
• Referral onto other services
• Assessment for residential rehabilitation
